MAUI 2007

Stacey, Trace, Blake, Skyler, Keal, Ashley, Crystal, and myself took off to Maui, Hawaii on December 22, 2007. We had a BLAST! It was perfect weather the whole time and was the perfect get-away trip from the cold winter of Utah. We Spent pretty much the whole first day in the LAX airport waiting for our flight to Maui, we got there at about 9:00 a.m. and didn't fly out till 6:30! We arrived in Maui at ten or so. We went for a quick walk on the beach and then crashed for the night. The rest of the days included, sun bathing on the beach, playing in the ocean, jumping off rocks, learning how to "SUICIDE" like the Hawaiians, Snorkeling with the turtles, I got buried in the sand and sculpted into a mermaid.. Thursday we drove to the other side of the island to a place called Hana, the drive was very pretty through a rain forest. When we got there we went to the "Black Sand Beach", which in my eyes was the prettiest part of the island. We did a fair share of shopping and eating too but who likes to hear about that? That about sums it up without going into too much detail..
